Facilitation

If we’re honest, we all find it hard to see the wood for the trees when we have been working on something for a long time and we have a vested interest in a particular outcome.

Independent meeting facilitation is often the best means of solving a problem and gaining agreement on a path of action.

To be effective it requires knowledge of strategic frameworks and tactical ability.

Ellis Jones employs two highly experienced facilitators with complementary skills (see below). They take great care in preparing for each project and have the skills to steer a meeting toward a result.

The agency uses a range of venues that establish an environment conducive for particular outcomes.
